GROUND floor 2 bedrm/ 2 bathrm, eloquently decorated, sleeps 6, with Pool and Hot tub nestled in courtyard setting, and a private covered patio with table and chairs. Children are welcome, but No Spring breakers and No Pets. Walk 1 minute to beach access 15 and the Butterfly Garden. Our Los Cabos condo rentals are located at 125 E. Esperanza St. on the South Padre Island beach side.

Conveniently located right in the heart of the Island's entertainment district. Convenient to Blackbeards, a couple minutes' walk. Book your next bay or offshore fishing trip at Fisherman's wharf just one block north of Louie's and LAGUNA BOBS . Living area features a large TV with free SHOWTIME, HBO and WiFi, sofa, love seat and recliner. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, king size bed with comfortable bedding, cable TV, large closet. Second bedroom has complete furnishings full size bunk beds with comfortable bedding and a large closet. Kitchen features GRANITE countertops, full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, food-waste disposer, coffeemaker, toaster, a large pantry and complete set of everything to create and serve meals. Dining area features a dining table with six chairs and two bar stools at the bar area. Washer, dryer and storage in hall closet. Parking for two vehicles one right behind the other in the same parking spot. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.

Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
